Indigenous Pasifika Support is a proudly Samoan and Māori-owned NDIS organisation, established in 2022, dedicated to the holistic well-being of our communities. Rooted in the values of integrity, respect, community, holistic health, and communication, we provide culturally responsive support services that empower individuals from all walks of life.
Founded by our CEO Trish Posiano, a Registered Nurse with 11 years of experience in community nursing, spinal cord injury, chronic health management, disability and aged care support. Our organisation was born from a passion for strengthening the health and resilience of our people and diverse communities. We recognise the deep connections between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and take a holistic approach to care, ensuring that every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
Our mission is to ‘enhance and empower individuals through holistic support. Establishing interconnected relationships for the betterment of our communities’
As an NDIS-registered provider, we strive to bridge the gap in disability support by offering tailored services that highlight each individuals holistic needs. Our work extends beyond clinical care-we foster safe spaces, advocate for our people, and provide practical, hands-on support that aligns with our values.
We believe that true well-being comes from not only individual health but also strong, interconnected communities. Working collaboratively with each member, their families and multidisciplinary team is vital for us here at Indigenous Pasifika Support. Together, we strive to achieve optimal health outcomes, empowering individuals to thrive while honoring their unique needs, and personal goals.

You mob always take good care of me when I’m in Perth. You’re always there to help me especially with going out in the community and with my markets. I enjoy my time with you lot and I always have a good yarn too - thank you team
I don’t know what I would do without Trish and her support team. They make my life so much easier. Their care is always spot on, and I can see how much they truly care. My family is also very grateful for all the support and kindness they’ve shown me. I feel so lucky to have them by my side.
The team at IPS (Indigenous Pasifika Support) not only help me with preparing meals but also provide wonderful companionship. It’s nice to have someone to talk to while they’re helping in the kitchen. Their kindness and care make such a difference in my daily life, and I’m truly grateful for their support
I can’t express how happy and grateful I am for the support Trish and her team have given my dad. They’ve been such a huge help, and it’s made such a difference in his life. The care, patience, and kindness they show him every day is beyond appreciated. They’re always on time, and the communication is excellent. Knowing he’s in good hands gives me so much peace of mind. I’m truly thankful for everything they do.
